Unopened Products: We offer a 14-day return  (from date of purchase) on any unopened products.

Opened Products: May be returned, for store credit only, within 14 days of date of purchase. 

Final Sale or Free Gifts with Purchase: Items purchased as Final Sale or received for free are ineligible for return or exchange.

Returns are simple and easy at Pureattributes:

To return a product please email our us and let us know if the product is open or unopened.

Please also request a Return Authorization # by emailing our support team at customerservice@pureattributes.com.

Please be sure to include your order number on the shipping box. Customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

**Please note: Initial shipping fees are non-refundable. We suggest that you obtain tracking and/or shipping insurance, as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note returns can take 4-8 weeks to process dependent on shipping, and warehouse processing times.
